Dryer Fire
01/09/2009 -
At 1136Tones dropped for a Dryer Fire at 39 Charlestown Ct.
LT 20-2 arrived on scene to find clothes on fire inside the
dryer with smoke on all floors of the house. E20-1 arrived
on scene and extinguished the fire with a dry chem. No
extensions were found. Company 20 ventilated and returned
to service at 1207.

MVA
01/11/2009 -
At 0535 Company 20 was alerted to assist on an MVA in Carroll
County on Route 97 along with CC station 6 & Medic 69.
Medic 69 arrived on scene to find a class 4 patient. E20-1
& SQ 6 arrived on scene and was placed in service by CC Chief 6
due to no services were needed. E20-1 set up flares at Old
Hanover Rd & Route 97 to assist with traffic control.
Company 20 was in service at 0604.
MVA
01/11/2009 -
At 1006 Company 20 was alerted for another MVA at 710 Bollinger
Rd. Units arrived on scene to find one vehicle into a
utility pole with one patient. Met-ed was notified.
Units cleared at 1030.
Basement Fire
01/17/2009 -
At 0922 Company 20 was alerted to a Basement Fire at 3459
Littlestown Rd in Carroll County. CC E6-1 arrived on scene
and reported a working house fire & requested 2nd alarm
assignment. Company 20 crews assisted on fire attack &
also water supply. R20 assisted with RIT. Units
cleared at 1301.



MVA
01/17/2009 -
A short time after getting cleaned up from the Basement Fire
Company 20 was alerted at 1357 for a vehicle accident at
Whitehall Rd & Prince Street. Units arrived to find two
vehicles involved with a small oil leak. Stay dry was put
in place to contain the oil leak and units cleared at 1425.
MVA W/Rollover
01/19/2009 -
At 0045 Company 20 was alerted for a vehicle accident with
rollover and injuries at 1685 Whitehall Rd. Units arrived
on scene to find one vehicle off the road with rubber side up.
All occupants were self extricated and had minor injuries.
Units cleared at 0103.
MVA
01/23/2009 -
At 0945 Company 20 was once again alerted for another vehicle
accident. This time at the 700 BLK of Littlestown Rd.
Units arrived on scene to find one vehicle into a field with
minor injuries. Units cleared at 1001.
